2. Showroom Services & Product Information

Shoppekart displays information regarding kitchenware, cookware, home appliances, crockery, thermoware, and gifting solutions from 100+ authorized manufacturers (including Prestige, Hawkins, Milton, Borosil, Wonderchef, Faber, etc.).

• In-Store Purchasing: Product prices, discounts (such as MAHA BACHAT SALE), stock availability, and manufacturer warranties are verified and finalized at the time of purchase in our SBR Thaltej, South Bopal, or New CG Road showrooms.
• Warranty Terms: All warranty claims are governed directly by the respective product manufacturer's warranty policies. Shoppekart assists customers with factory-sealed warranty documentation.

3. Digital Inquiry Forms & User Responsibilities

When submitting inquiry forms on our website or pre-booking promotional discount cards:

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete contact details (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email).
• You agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or abusive inquiry requests.
• By checking the consent box, you grant Shoppekart express permission to contact you regarding your inquiry or promotional offer via Email, SMS, RCS, or WhatsApp.
